Jon Miskavige is the co-founder and president/CEO of both Northridge Construction and its sister company, Northridge Hospitality Management. Starting his career as a licensed electrician, his introduction into the construction industry began with hands-on field experience and quickly grew to that of project management for a wide variety of buildings as they were constructed, including both residential and commercial. Today, he serves as the company’s expert in construction management.

Miskavige is also the founder of JM Homes, a residential home building company in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Since the business started in 2008, he has completed more than a dozen multi-family buildings, as well as a student housing facility and two senior living facilities.


Ryan Carlson is the co-founder and executive vice president of both Northridge Construction and Northridge Hospitality Management. He plays an important role in the design review and budgeting process, helping to ensure quality control on each and every project. He was also pivotal in the development of Northridge Hospitality Management, helping to develop, build and manage the company’s very first hotel in 2011. Since then, he has been instrumental in opening more than a dozen other properties in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Nebraska.

Carlson is also a pilot, having earned a degree in commercial aviation, flight instruction certificates and his airline transport pilot’s license from the University of North Dakota, the country’s top flight school. Carlson remains active as a pilot, operating the company’s Cirrus SR22 for business operations.


Jeremy Miskavige is the vice president of both Northridge Construction and Northridge Hospitality Management. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, Miskavige boasts a diverse portfolio that provides invaluable expertise on every project. He is primarily responsible for project management, field operations and equipment management, but his past experience allows him to extend his support in the field as well.

Miskavige also serves as the vice president of JM Homes.


Brett Carlson is the Director of Development for Northridge Construction. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management. He was hired in 2014 to fill his current role as head of real estate development and fly the company’s Cirrus SR22 for business operations. Since then, he has performed Project Management and Field Superintendent duties while leading Northridge’s real estate development, project entitlement, preconstruction, and project permitting services. He has served Northridge internally as well as its wide range of clients to account for over twenty completed projects.

Carlson has provided design team and construction consultation services to both developers and real estate owners. Most notably, he assisted Extended Stay America, Inc. with their design team selection, prototype design, and project budgeting throughout the development and creation of ESA’s new prototype documents in 2017.

Carlson is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Previously, Carlson was Honorably Discharged from the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant.
